Accessibility within the wellness world….

The more that I continue do this work, the more that I realise how necessary it is. I find myself asking the question, what is wellness if it isn’t accessible? What is the point.

There is so much emphasis in todays society on self preservation and self care and I do wonder if were missing the bigger picture….

We have found out that salmon sperm can now replace botox…!?!? and have devised machines that send electric shocks into our face muscles to decrease wrinkles, but we are still NOT talking about disabled bodies and disabled people when it comes to wellness.

To be more specific to my own profession, we are still not talking about disabled bodies when we learn how to massage.
