About me
Massage Therapy
I got into massage therapy because I saw how beneficial it was to the people that I supported as a care worker. I could really see the positive effects massage had for disabled people/and everyone!
But I realised that the industry was not very accessible or welcoming. I wanted to change that.
My work as a massage therapist focuses on adapting techniques to everyone’s specific bodys and needs. Whether my clients are looking for pain relief, relaxation or rehabilitation, I make sure my approach is personalised and adaptable.
I am a level 5 sport and remedial massage therapist with a decade of experience in the care industry.
My training also includes intensive interaction (a wonderful, practical approach to communicating with non-verbal people), manual handling, epilepsy and exploring the world of fascia.
